The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can grow your process improvement, program management, and analytical skills to support an initiative from concept to completion? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources. With that level of complexity, you need to keep the program on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a business process improvement /program management consultant to help ensure success through careful analysis, effective communication, and continuously identification of steps to improve processes.

On our team, you’ll take part in discussions with program and project leadership to help manage, analyze and improve processes. You’ll assist with data collection and analysis, reporting of key metrics, development of leadership briefings, and communication of key information to help establish understanding and agreement from key decision makers. You’ll learn how to use process improvement, program management, and communication frameworks to achieve various desired outcomes. This is your chance to directly impact a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain a program's strategy.

You Have:

• Experience with process improvement, project management, time management, and communication strategies
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with working independently and within a team-oriented environment
• Ability to create leadership-ready deliverables 
• Ability to develop and manage trusted relationships  
• Ability to obtain a security clearance 
• Bachelor's degree 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with the DoD 
• Experience with Tableau
• Ability to ramp up quickly in new subject matter areas
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent organizational skills
• Possession of excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills 
• Possession of excellent data analysis and deck development skills
• Secret clearance
