Key Role:

Drive growth in Booz Allen’s Command and Control (C2)  mission technology business by leveraging expertise in DoD and industry networks to develop differentiated C2 mission critical solutions. Lead large-scale capture and solutioning efforts with teammates, vendors, and internal partners to increase lethality and survivability for soldiers. Translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing the warfighter to business development initiatives. Provide technical leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future technological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Lead and represent a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements with and within client organizations, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards. Inspire, motivate, and develop high-energy teams to excel through transition and change. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the C2 offerings of the firm by leveraging emerging technologies while helping relevant stakeholders realize genuine value via education and recommendations on emerging opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience as a multi-domain Command and Control (C2) Solution Architect with proven ability to deliver large scale C2 solutions to clients in the JADC2 market
• Experience with Multi-Domain C2 operations either as active-duty military or military civilian personnel
• Experience with either Navy Overmatch, Army Convergence, or Air Force ABMS concept of operations
• Experience in defining, designing, developing, and Fielding C2 solutions across Air Force, Army, Navy, COCOMS or Joint Staff
• Knowledge of Effects Based Operations including Attack Planning and Force Level Projection, application of Joint Warfighting Doctrine and associated relationships to Joint Systems Technology Standards, and complex Command and Control Link(s) Management
• Knowledge of Engagement Assessment Techniques, including Integrated Effects and Integrated Assessment
• Knowledge of any of known C2 systems including TBMCS, IBCS, and AOC; Theater Level ISR including Multi-Int Correlation & Fusion; Communications Systems including SATCOM, Tactical Data Links, and IP Based communications including Wide Area and Local Area Networking; National-to-Tactical Systems relationships; access and use of Data-at-Rest and In-motion
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC); Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS); Data-as-a-Service (DaaS); ISR as-a-Service; Cross Domain implementation; Cloud implementations including Enterprise-Public, Private, and, Hybrid/on-prem instances; and Applications and Systems Security Assessment & Authorization environments
• TS/SCI clearance required
• MS degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the systems engineering management process and its implementation, as applied to the DoD acquisition processes throughout all life cycle phases
• Knowledge of DoD policies on systems engineering, integrated product and process development (IPPD), and integrated product team (IPT) management
• Ph.D. degree preferred
