Change Management Consultant, Mid

Key Role:

Analyze changes and determine their impact on business processes and organizational design. Assess any changes in employees’ skill requirements resulting from the change. Provide companies with plans and direction for minimizing the negative impact such changes have on organizational performance, customer service, and employees. Provide analytical support to project teams and conduct research and data analysis for change management projects to support the team's analysis and conclusions. Execute project work plans in the field and assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals. Focus expertise in a specific industry and perform daily contact with junior- and mid-level client management in the field.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with organizational transformation, change management, and business process improvement

-Knowledge of organizational transformation and change management industry best practices and methodologies

-Ability to work directly with mid- to senior-level clients to present ideas and recommendations

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-MS degree preferred
