Key Role:
Serve as a Cyber Program Manager in an Army organization responsible for leading, planning, integrating, and synchronizing cybersecurity efforts across stakeholder organizations. Serve as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity, resiliency, survivability, assessments, vulnerabilities, and mitigations. Coordinate, plan, track, and recommend programmatic priorities. Assist with the tracking of program cost, schedule, and performance and communicate with a diverse set of acquisition-related stakeholders in various staff agencies. Asist with defining, developing, scheduling, assigning, monitoring, and reporting of Cyber program and project tasks, deliverables, milestones, and WBS elements. Examine, monitor, track, and report specific Cyber program risk. Conduct and lead regular stakeholder reviews, meetings, and program updates in various forums and develop and publish regular program reports.
Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with DoD work
-Secret clearance required
-BA or BS degree required
-DoD 8570 IAM II or IAM III Certification
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Service PEO or program, project, or product manager (PM) support
-Experience with cybersecurity, resiliency, survivability, cyber assessments, and cyber vulnerabilities and mitigations
-Experience with DoD Operations
-Knowledge of Army staff procedures and relevant NIST, DoD, and Army cyber and acquisition policies
-MA or MS degree
-PMP or DAWIA PM Certification
Clearance:
