Development and Operations Engineer

Key Role:

Build and deploy custom applications and workflows that combine Microsoft and Office 365 tools, automation, and Cloud resources to automate and improve enterprise resource planning portals supporting DoD security cooperation efforts. Leverage product ownership methodologies, Agile development methodologies, and UX design concepts while building applications on a low-code or no-code platform. Coordinate with client-facing change managers and other junior DevOps engineers to code, test, and deploy multiple applications with a common SharePoint / Common Data Services (CDS) back end. Combine applications with SharePoint knowledge management systems to form an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with working on teams usingLean UX, Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience with working and managing data sets
  • Experience with DoD consulting
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end SharePoint site development
  • Experience with developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
  • Experience in working with product owners, analysts, testers, and developers to develop user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience with artificial intelligence and or machine learning for text and video analytics
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities, pay strict attention to detail, and improve processes
  • Secret clearance
  • Certification in Agile or DevOps, including ICAgile
