Energy Policy Analyst

Key Role:

Recommend and develop DoD strategies and pilot programs that align to prevailing energy policy and upcoming legislation. Work in a team environment and support multiple tasks across one or more contracts. Engage with client stakeholders to develop findings and communicate them effectively public presentations, both verbal and written, to a variety of stakeholder. Perform in a fast paced, highly flexible team and client environment. This position requires periodic CONUS and OCONUS travel and is located in Washington, DC.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with professional consulting in the energy industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS customer job sites as required by client
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with consulting with and providing energy-related recommendations to a government agency
  • Knowledge of DoD culture and communications
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
