Key Role:
Provide onsite financial support to a government research and development office, including analyzing the development of budget deliverables and research and development descriptive summaries and tracking commitments and obligations, etc. Ensure management's comprehension of rate and budgeted issues. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations. Conduct and lead audits, as needed. Prepare funding documentation, analyze and interpret financial performance data, and prepare reports on status and findings. Perform program budget monitoring and analysis of cost and schedule status charts. Plan, organize, and lead tasks while ensuring the quality of deliverables to maintain and expand client relationships. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with financial analysis
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
-Ability to conduct and document complex financial analysis projects, including budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to maintain compliance with internal procedures and government regulations
-Ability to operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
-Possession of excellent client service skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
