Financial and Business Operations Lead

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large or complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Anticipate and respond to customer needs and serve as a primary point of contact for customers, as needed. Apply expertise in program requirements and recommend and develop techniques for estimating parameters for proposals. Analyze budgets and budget expenditures.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with working in a business or financial management environment 

-Experience with conducting trend analysis 

-Experience with data analysis, including burn rate 

-Experience in working with federal government contracts

-Ability to obtain a security clearance 

-BA or BS degree 

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal budget process, and funds management 

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills 

-BA or BS degree in Business 

-Project Management Professional, Certified Defense Financial Manager, or Certified Government -Financial Manager Certifications
