Foreign Partner Engagement Specialist, Mid

As a foreign partner engagement specialist, you use your specialized subject matter expertise to perform document review and release and your attention to detail to develop finished intelligence production to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a foreign partner engagement specialist on our team, you’ll help your client understand the releasability of all-source intelligence products. As the authority on document review, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like recommending releasability of intelligence information based on applicable U.S. law, regulation, and policy. You’ll share your expertise with analysts through leadership and mentoring. You will also have the opportunity for foreign partner engagement to support the client's mission. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with foreign partner engagement, as a Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO), or in a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) role

  • Experience with working in the DoD or intelligence community (IC)

  • Experience working with senior IC or DoD officials

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint

  • Knowledge of U.S. disclosure and guidance

  • Ability to work independently while applying government policy guidance

  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

  • Ability to perform shift work on a schedule, including nights and weekends

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment, Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment

Nice If You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience with foreign partner engagement, as a Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO), or in a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) role

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
