Healthcare Program Analyst

Key Role:

Provide project management and operations support to a high-profile DoD Acquisition Program Management Office (PMO), supporting a Test and Evaluation (T&E) team. Provide direct support to the T&E Branch Chief and coordinate and manage priorities, activities, and workflows of the project support team. Maintain responsibility for the development of executive briefings, compile program management reports, coordinate Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reviews and program risk management, and manage an integrated master schedule (IMS). Perform action item collection and monitoring, develop standard tracking and reporting tools for effective program management, and support a variety of special projects, as assigned. Facilitate and support client meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with project management

-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

-1+ years of experience with preparing client executive briefings and reports

-Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts, practices, and procedures for developmental or operational test and evaluation

-Experience with using SharePoint for knowledge management

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in managing the work of a team comprised of senior individuals with diverse backgrounds

-Experience with supporting acquisition programs or providing support to a DoD PMO
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to learn quickly and be a critical thinker and active listener

-Ability to be self-motivated and add value to the organization

-Ability to meet deadlines, remain flexible, adhere to project plans, and ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team

-Ability to be detail-oriented

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Secret clearance
