Key Role:
Drive full Agile life cycle engagements with technology-based or advanced analytic solution development and deployment projects for clients. Apply consulting and Agile Scrum expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work in an ambiguous environment with limited direction. Lead and mentor technical and non-technical resources throughout the software development life cycle from requirements gathering, architecture, and design development through testing and deployment. Instill Agile practices, seek opportunities to identify improvements and efficiencies with processes, and work with project teams to continuously improve speed and efficiency of build and test processes. Communicate and coordinate with multiple project teams and multiple client stakeholders proactively and help to prioritize work based on client, security, and technical needs. Perform project management functions, including project and action item tracking, produce project-related briefing slides, facilitate meetings, conduct research, develop SOPs, and lead technical writing.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with project management support functions, including planning, process improvement, reporting, scheduling, or project close out
2+ years of experience with Agile Scrum, Jira, or Confluence
Experience with the software development life cycle
Experience in the management consulting field, including strategy and stakeholder management, and providing support to organizational leaders and stakeholders
Experience with presenting options and recommendations to program leadership and incorporating feedback into the development cycle
Knowledge of programming languages, including Python, Java, or R
Knowledge of business applications for advanced analytic and data science techniques
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with requirements gathering and the development of wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Experience with federal consulting and contract vehicle types
Knowledge of system assessment and authorization and Risk Management Framework
Ability to collaborate with product owners, business partners, developers, and architects to build and define product backlog and complete release planning
Ability to answer ad hoc questions and provide clarification and direction to development, test, and support teams regarding user stories and functions
Ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance
