International Cooperation Specialist, Mid

Key Role:

Research and analyze data to inform foreign policy programs and initiatives. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with DoD international armaments cooperation
  • Knowledge of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) International Agreement (IA) development and negotiations
  • Knowledge of DoD stakeholders within the International Armaments community and Pentagon stakeholder coordination requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and engage in international governance dialogues of strategic interest to R&D and S&T environments
  • Ability to prepare, coordinate, route, and approve documents and reports
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and respond to rapidly evolving tasks
  • Ability to assist in the coordination, planning and execution of foreign government visits and engagements
  • Ability to facilitate the development of administrative products, including mass email distributions, read ahead materials, power point charts, monthly reports, and calendars and meetings for senior leadership
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
