Knowledge Manager, Mid

Key Role:

Assist with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing. Develop analytical approaches to problems for which data is incomplete. Support efforts in developing solutions to extract data from various sources. Normalize data by dealing with imperfections, including missing values and inconsistent formatting, and analyze data and develop means to recognize correlations. Visualize data through graphs, charts, and dashboards and assist with efforts to identify and document analytic standards, best practices and methodologies. Develop or recommend automated approaches and leverage expertise in the integration and implementation of new analytic capabilities or datasets. Participate in and develop informal training. This position requires the ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as well as work occasional evenings and weekends.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries and troubleshooting issues while maintaining proper access controls

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration and design

  • Experience with performing web application software development duties using multiple programming languages

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as well as work occasional evenings and weekends

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • BA or BS degree and 17+ years of experience with supporting organizational processes and systems or MA or MS degree and 12+ years of experience with supporting organizational processes and systems

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with the U.S. intelligence community, law enforcement, or military organizations

  • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • BA or BS degree in Knowledge and Information Management, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred
