Logistics Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Work with an agency dedicated to cybersecurity and defending the nation from cyber-attacks. Provide planning and logistics support to the deployment team and manage the deliveries and shipments of materials, field kits, and other types of packages. Interface and manage relationships with the deployment team and vendors. Assist with prioritizing and identifying logistics requirements and ensure requirements and implementation strategies comply with logistics directives, best practices and supportability parameters. Perform and coordinate detailed analysis of logistics activities to ensure integration support considerations are captured in the planning process.

Basic Qualifications:
-Knowledge of integrated logistics support activities
-Knowledge of plans, schedules, coordination and estimates of complex tasks for established cost baselines with respect to shipping and logistics
-Knowledge of ensuring compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the logistics directives
-Ability to interface with intra-organizational parties, other Government organizations, and end users in support of logistics activities
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with logistics and support or BA or BS degree and 5+ years of experience with logistics and support

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with developing and maintaining relationships with deployment team members
-Experience with creating, maintaining, updating, and reconciling shipping tracking and delivery documentation, logistic activities status and schedules
-Experience in assisting with identifying and prioritizing logistics requirements
-Experience with researching, compiling, and interpreting historical logistics documentation
-Experience with organizing, prioritizing, and summarizing the content of received deliveries and shipments of materials, field kits, and other types of packages
-Experience with developing and ensuring requirements and implementation strategies comply with logistics directives, best practices and supportability parameters
-Experience in performing and coordinating detailed analysis of logistics activities to ensure integration support considerations are captured in the planning process
-Experience with recommending and taking action to direct the analysis and solutions of logistics issues
-Experience in assisting with the evaluation of logistics-related activities for operational adequacy
-Experience with supporting the development and update of integrated logistics support plans
-Experience with defining program scope and objectives, and organizing, coordinating, and implementing the program
-Experience with providing technical and analytical guidance on logistics matters to the program office and onsite engagement teams
-Ability to independently develop and ensure requirements and implementation strategies comply with logistics directives, best practices and supportability parameters
-Ability to provide status updates on logistics operations to the government

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
