Military Human Resources Officer, Senior

Key Role:

Apply comprehension of both quantitative and qualitative analyses and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital or culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Make recommendations on how to capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue or profitability and mission achievement. Advise on how to improve operations and increase process efficiency. Provide recommendations on how to expand or reorganize a business unit or operation. Examine complex systems and advise on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Mitigate and manage risk and conduct customer or stakeholder analyses. Serve as a practitioner with multiple areas of expertise that spans across management consulting pillars and other functional communities and provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with military human resource law, policy, programs, and systems

-Ability to apply expertise in military human resource law, policy, programs, and systems to plan, direct, implement, and document quantitative and qualitative analyses to recommend improvements to organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital or culture, information technology, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers

-Ability to interact with, inform, and influence senior military leaders

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
