Mission Support Administrator

That’s why we need you, a mission support professional who can consider every aspect of your client’s operations and provide them with the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a consultant on our team, you’ll directly support our Department of Defense clients in their day-to-day operations including general office management tasks, such as organizing and preparing for various stakeholder meetings, including the creation of meeting invitations, agendas, read-ahead materials, and note-taking, supporting senior level actions, including the creation of policy memos, such as info memos and action memos. You’ll also be central in assisting clients with a project focused on prevention and involving evaluation of several military installations worldwide. You’ll be helping to develop processes and procedures that will streamline their efforts while still meeting reporting requirements and timelines.

On our team, you’ll be supported by a group of research and communications professionals who will work collaboratively with you on ensuring mission success for the client. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with front office or administrative support
  • 2+ years of experience with using verbal and written expertise to present technical and policy information to non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of process improvement strategies and techniques
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • HS Diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with working in a public health office or program
  • Knowledge of DoD and the military
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
