Key Role:
Analyze actual and predictable interacting operational activities of business to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an operations research analyst
3+ years of experience with presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material in the Marine Corps, Navy, or DoD
Experience with analytical methodologies, including statistics, data modeling, forecasting, optimization, or academia
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel
Ability to analyze large, complex data sets and develop mathematical models to support a variety of client problems
Secret clearance required
MS degree in Operations Research
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with programming, including VBA, R, Python, and MATLAB preferred
Ability to take on multiple roles, including information management and analytic methodology development
Clearance:
