Organizational Strategy and Transformation Consultant

The Challenge:

It's why we're looking for someone like you: an Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant who can identify long term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them. This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Aerospace industry.

As an Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, you’ll work with your team to assess how improvements will impact business processes and design to help your team develop continuous improvement and digital transformation strategies. You will leverage experience with supporting strategic communications initiatives, including leadership messaging, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices.

You Have:

  • Experience with business process improvement or Government policy

  • Experience with Government relations in a federal consulting, support contractor, government staff, or industry staff capacity

  • Knowledge of organizational transformation projects

  • Experience with working in multi-stakeholder environments

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice if You Have:

  • Experience working with teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous, and ever-changing environment

  • Experience in solving complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions

  • Master's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
