Organizational Transformation & Change Management Project Manager, Lead

This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency in the Navy's human resources transformation efforts. As a change management consultant, you’ll lead a team and assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop a clear transformation strategy with mission, vision, goals, service delivery principles, and value drivers. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll have a tangible impact on your client’s mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better.

You Have:
15+ years of experience with providing strategic human capital or organizational consulting services across public or private sector organizations
Experience managing organizations to improve HR service delivery and implementing HR self-service and call centers to improve the customer experience
Experience providing executive level advisory support, including programmatic evaluation, redesign of business processes, business case development, and design and implementation of effective governance structures
Experience managing HR technology solution design and implementation, including providing analysis of alternatives, market research, and capabilities definition
Experience with leading and contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high-intensity, team-oriented environment
Ability to analyze client issues, strategize potential solutions, and prepare client-ready reports
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the design, implementation, or operation of a Tiered Service Model
Experience working with teams in an Agile environment
Experience with performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and visualization using statistical programs and survey software, including Excel, SPSS, and Tableau
Experience in workforce planning, organizational assessment, organization design, HR business process design, program evaluation, training design and development, leadership development, change management, employee communications, succession management, career development, or survey research
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
