It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can identify long-term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to create effectiveness and efficiency across public sector organizations. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you’ll use your expertise to help your team assess how improvements will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:
4+ years of experience with strategic planning and execution, organization transformation, change management, digital transformation, culture transformation, process improvement, strategic communications, data-driven decision making, or agile methodologies
Experience planning and executing complex projects, including the facilitation of client events
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to define methodologies, work with teams to conduct data-driven qualitative and quantitative analysis, and make recommendations
Ability to create client-ready deliverables
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with the Department of Defense
Ability to develop and manage trusted advisor client relationships
Ability to ramp up quickly in new subject matter areas
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and consulting skills
Possession of excellent data analysis and deck development skills
Secret clearance
Process Improvement, Agile, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Communications, or Performance Management Certification
