Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, Senior

Thankfully, that’s what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can identify long term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them. 

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Air Force. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop organizational strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience with change management, project management, business process improvement, or agile methodologies

  • Experience with leading teams and serving in a project or task management capacity

  • Experience with transformation projects

  • Experience with data gathering and analysis, including quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Ability to conduct research, understand business and technical requirements, apply analytic expertise to derive insights that contribute to the development of client solutions, and present complex data effectively

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, adapt to constantly changing requests, and apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems and present ideas articulately

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in working with commercial, government, or DoD organizations

  • Experience with data analytics and working on digital transformation efforts

  • Experience with business development

  • Ability to independently author and present client briefings and communications

  • Possession of excellent problem solving, client relationship, facilitation, and management skills

  • MA or MS degree

  • Change Management, Project Management, Agile, or Knowledge Management certifications
