Project Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Apply expertise in both quantitative and qualitative analysis and provide recommendations on to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital or culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Make recommendations on how to capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue and profitability or mission achievement. Advise on how to improve operations and increase process efficiency. Provide recommendations on how to expand or reorganize a business unit or operation. Examine complex systems and advise on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Mitigate and manage risk and conduct customer or stakeholder analysis and serve as a practitioner with multiple areas of expertise that spans across management consulting pillars and other functional communities. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with supporting student visitor programs

-4+ years of experience as senior compliance team lead

-Experience with planning, developing, scheduling, and conducting training sessions for federal adjudicators and personnel

-Experience with reviewing initial updates and recertification and reinstatement packages

-Knowledge of Department of Homeland Security compliance practices

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
