RMF and Cyber Projects Manager

Key Role:
Work as a Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Cyber Projects Manager to analyze the planning, development, and finalization of Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, and standards to support government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Lead the development of the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security requirements. Act as a leader on large programs and projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Brief executive-level clients and develop compelling data-driven presentations. Serve as the front door for a DoD organization to facilitate the onboarding of new RMF projects into the Authorizing Official’s portfolio. Ideate and lead new cyber initiatives to advance the DoD organization’s cybersecurity posture.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity or IT field

-8+ years of experience with RMF assessments and authorizations (A&A)

-5+ years of experience with project management

-Ability to analyze A&A policies, procedures, and plans to establish the A&A process

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in a Technology, IT, or Cybersecurity field

-8570.01-M IAM Level III Certification
