Records Analyst, Junior

We’re looking for someone like you to implement business analytics and processes, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll provide advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation consulting initiatives. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts. Analyze our client’s operating environment and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate discussions with leadership and support staff to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify frustrations. Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops and communicate your research. Use record management process improvement techniques.

You Have:

  • Experience in DoD Records Management
  • Experience with SharePoint 2013
  • Experience with Office 365 tools, including SharePoint Online or Teams
  • Knowledge of National Archives Records Administration (NARA)
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps Orders
  • Ability to conduct research and synthesize information
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • HS Diploma or GED
