Strategic Communications Graphics Designer

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for creating written and visual content for a highly visible Air Force office. Work on design materials that include online marketing graphics and PowerPoint slides with elements designed using InDesign or Photoshop and slicksheets and leave-behind placemats. Assist the communications team with creating a visual identity for the office and helping to communicate the intent and meaning of complex warfighting concepts. Maintain responsibility for graphics design and additional tasks within the client-facing team, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with writing and editing
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Acrobat
  • Ability to learn and understand complex warfighting capabilities and translate them into compelling visual designs or experiences
  • Ability to communicate via color, tone, layout, and imagery
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and the language and relationships of design elements
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent collaboration skills

Clearance:
