Systems Configuration Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Analyze the design and implementation configuration management function and integrate it with the development of an IT service management (ITSM) framework. Identify the required program documentation and prioritize the development of key documents. Analyze the development, update, and maintain the Configuration Management (CM) Plan and program documentation.

Coordinate with network and systems engineers to maintain the accuracy of system artifacts, including network diagrams as well as configuration baselines for networks, servers, and applications. Implement and maintain a CM repository to store and track CM artifacts and updates. Support continuous improvement of CM repository and integration of CM processes with other program workflows.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with system administration tools, including Windows 10 and automated patching
  • Experience with supporting mobile command center technology
  • Ability to interface with clients and communicate effectively and in a technically accurate manner
  • TS/SCI clearance 
  • BA or BS degree 

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Visio, Word, and PowerPoint and Adobe Pro
  • Knowledge of DoD networks, communication and security requirements
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

Clearance:
