IT PMO Portfolio Analyst

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to help Agile teams develop project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that project delivery is successful. You’ll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to drive the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment

  • 1+ years of experience with IT portfolio management or working on an IT project team

  • Experience with portfolio management and project management software

  • Experience tracking performance measures and escalating and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner

  • Experience maintaining project and portfolio data, showing great attention to accuracy and details

  • Knowledge of IT governance concepts and exhibits

  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Knowledge of IT project management techniques, including Agile, SAFe, and system development life cycle

  • Knowledge of Cloud environment migration implementations

  • Ability to present technology concepts and answer project questions regarding portfolio status to a business audience

  • Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while continuing to meet deadlines

  • Ability to absorb client business guidelines and incorporate them into decision materials

  • Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Management Information Systems


Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $125,000 to $135,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
