Key Role:
Identify and document systems' scope, objectives, and requirements based on both user needs and a good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Devise and modify procedures to solve complex problems considering systems capabilities and limitations, operating time, and form of preferred results. Conduct analysis sessions with users and assist with the creation of documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, data dictionaries, design specifications, and wireframes, and translate into proper system requirement specifications. Document and track requirements from analysis through testing within Team Foundation Server (TFS) while working within an iterative development model. Apply understanding of public health and laboratory science operations, processes, and methodologies to system requirements, user experience design, training materials, and end-user engagement. Initiate working sessions with developers and architects to translate user requirements to system functionality and specifications. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,000 to 80,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
