The Challenge:
Are you looking for an opportunity to establish processes and support technology innovation? You know that true progress is made at the intersection of business and tech, and as an IT Portfolio Analyst, you’ll develop your skills in both. Here, you’ll have the chance to work with multiple Agile teams as they develop digital products to support your clients’ most pressing missions. We’re looking for someone like you to help propel portfolio analysis and processes forward.
As an IT Portfolio Analyst, you’ll work to help Agile teams develop project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that project delivery is successful. Working with your team of portfolio and governance experts along with these project teams, you’ll identify clients’ business needs and align priorities and project schedules to reflect your understanding. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating valuable artifacts, views and services. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to our clients. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:
2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
1+ years of experience with IT Portfolio Management or working on an IT project team
Experience with Portfolio Management and Project Management software
Experience tracking performance measures and escalating and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner
Experience maintaining project and portfolio data
Knowledge of IT Governance concepts and exhibits
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment, including showing great attention to accuracy and details
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of IT project management techniques, including Agile and System Development Life Cycle
Ability to present technology concepts and answer project questions regarding portfolio status to a business audience
Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while continuing to meet deadlines
Ability to absorb client business guidelines and incorporate into decision materials
Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems

Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 75,000 to 95,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
