Key Role:
Applies expert understanding of public health disciplines to design, develop, and implement programs and policies. Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, and mentors and may supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in a public health setting
Experience with federal or public health organizations and programs
Experience in developing reports, products, or deliverables
Ability to develop or deliver presentations
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Master's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in business development
Knowledge of public health program monitoring and evaluation
Ability to lead project tasks
Doctorate degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
