Subsurface Direct Support Officer Trainer

Key Role:

Analyze and deliver a variety of Signals Intelligence and Information Warfare training programs to live audiences. Provide stand-up classroom instruction. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Analyze innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Navy Cryptologic Warfare Officer

  • Experience as a Qualified Information Warfare (IW) Professional and Battle Watch Captain

  • Experience in at least one mission as a qualified subsurface Direct Support Officer

  • Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Battle Space Awareness, Assured Command and Control (C2), and Integrated Fires

  • Knowledge of afloat Information Warfare programs and systems

  • Ability to initiate and conduct Curriculum Development Process and Roles and Responsibilities discussions with subsurface DSO operations 

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects efficiently through the development process so that tasks are completed on time, problems are anticipated or resolved quickly, and team members are clear on project requirements and schedules

  • Knowledge of instructional systems design learning or training, team leadership, client facilitation, organization, and communication

  • Knowledge of IW support to ASW

  • Ability to build working relationships with client SMEs to efficiently gather content information and feedback

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 115,000 to 120,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
