Project Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for planning and managing projects to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Act as a project team leader and Scrum Master, including reviewing user and technical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources, and creating and tracking project schedules. Partner with teams to help them evolve from simply getting delivery practices up and running to operating in a high-performing manner. Coach, mentor, teach, and facilitate delivery teams and individuals in the adoption of Agile and adaptive processes that promote continuous learning, feedback, and value-based delivery. Develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Work without appreciable direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining the technical objectives of assignments.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with managing technical projects with up to 10 staff in multiple technical fields to deliver to one or multiple clients

-Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), financial systems, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), or general ledger (GL)

-Ability to delegate work to task leads while maintaining status and risks for the project

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with projects that involve advanced analytics capabilities, data modeling, and simulation

-Experience with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA) preferred

-Technical Data Analytics Certifications

-Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
