Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems Trainer

Key Role:

Provide timely research and analysis of current Global Unmanned Aircraft System threats to identify high-value gaps and leverage expertise in the development of innovative training solutions. Employ research and analysis to counter threats using Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) equipment and methodologies. Provide C-UAS instruction and capabilities integration for military personnel conducting Home Station and Combat Training Center exercises. Integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate all live, virtual, constructive, and gaming C-UAS assets available using blended learning techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with supporting the DoD
-Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems

-Experience with Electronic Warfare

-Active Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in working with the military, BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience in working with the military, or MA or MS degree and 3 years of experience in working with the military

-Ability to obtain a Certified Military Instructor, equivalent civilian instructor certification, or complete the Booz Allen- approved training courses within 180 days of start date

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Brigade or higher staff

-Experience with integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming warfighting training                                                                    

-Experience with conducting After Action Reviews (AAR)
