Key Role:
Support the development and management of 5th generation aircraft user activities for assigned sites from initial identification of a site to last aircraft arrival at the last designated site. Support all process related activities. Support the coordination, monitoring and oversight of sustainment contract requirement activity, including requirements identification, proposal generation, statements of work, technical evaluations, contract negotiations, contract oversight, and performance evaluation. Ensure sustainment requirements are in place at each site and contract deliverables are met. Brief stakeholders and leadership on status of sustainment activities and represent at various meetings and boards. Attend meetings, reviews, working groups, telecoms, and provide analytic support.
Basic Qualification:
-10+ years of experience with Aircraft Maintenance, Military Aviation, Military Logistics, or Program Management
-Experience with Microsoft Office Program Suite
-Knowledge of acquisition logistics and project management methodologies
-Ability to gather and analyze a variety of program information
-Ability to communicate recommendations orally and in writing to higher organizational management effectively
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of military aviation life cycle logistics infrastructure and processes
-Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition and systems engineering required to plan, organize, and manage critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment
-Knowledge of the Security Assistance/Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs, including the FMS sales process from case development, implementation, execution, to closure, in accordance with the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and DoD 5105.38-M
-BA or BS degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or Finance
Clearance:
