Program Control Analyst, Mid

Key Role: 

Maintain responsibility for detailed financial and administrative activities for the firm, including budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for moderate-sized programs, organizations, or proposals. Perform cost and schedule variance analyses and provide resulting recommendations. Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenses within Booz Allen Hamilton. Prepare or assist with the preparation of cost-to-complete. Assist with preparing estimates. Interpret and implement customer requirements for moderately-complex cost proposals.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with working in budget development and financial forecasting, analysis, tracking, and reporting

-Experience with the advanced use of Microsoft Office

-Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and functions in calculations and analysis

-Experience in working with federal government contracts

-Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Joint Travel Regulations, federal budget process, and funds management

-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analyses

-Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Secret clearance preferred
