Front-End Website Developer, Senior

The Opportunity:

Work within Booz Allen Hamilton's digital experience team to refine processes and implement technical applications in support of the client’s mission. This is an opportunity to contribute to a project that meets challenges in the Intelligence Community by collaborating with the development team to build a SharePoint site with a user-centric design. You will work to create a seamless user experience using SharePoint and you will provide advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation consulting initiatives. You will apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Working without considerable direction is key as you will be working closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements and apply their technical knowledge to recommend solutions with consideration for best practices, cost, and timeline. You will create and manage client deliverables, including briefings, technical applications, and analytical products. Leveraging industry best practices in digital transformation is paramount to achieving success in this role.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with developing SharePoint 2013 Out of the Box (OOTB) solutions
  • 5+ years of experience working in the Intelligence Community
  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Platform Apps, including Power BI, Canvas, or Power Automate
  • Experience with conducting data gathering, research, analysis, design and development recommendations, and communicating through verbal briefings and written documents to provide clients with solutions that deliver value
  • Experience with management consulting, including the practical application of strategic frameworks, methodologies, and approaches to address organizational challenges
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with using code-based solutions, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint 2013, 2016, or Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • Experience with working across two different SharePoint environments, with different administration requirements
  • Knowledge of DoD Research organizations and processes
  • Ability to work within a dynamic project landscape independently or in a team setting
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive
  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
