Key Role:

Support the development and implementation of strategic, facility, and service line plans. Adapt quickly to comprehend each health client's unique business operations and planning needs and address challenges by developing market assessments, supply and demand analysis, financial analysis and projections, scenario plans, staffing models, and risks assessments. Apply healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• 4+ years of experience with supporting healthcare strategic planning
• Experience with developing and implementing market strategies and delivery system facility plans
• Knowledge of inpatient, outpatient, behavioral health, and post-acute and sub-acute operations
• Ability to develop relationships, build credibility, and influence operational and clinical stakeholders
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with service line planning and development
• Experience with capital planning
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulatory environment
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, manage competing priorities, and stay highly organized
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time to perform work-related tasks
• Possession of excellent listening, critical thinking, administrative, technical, organizational, and client service or consulting skills
• MBA or MHA degree
• PMP Certification preferred
