Key Role:
Provide security and analytic support to a client program manager in the area of research and technology protection for high-risk, high-payoff research programs that have the potential to provide the US with an overwhelming intelligence advantage. Identify and safeguard information that has an impact on national security and protect both technical and programmatic information from initial concept through transition to a mission partner. Develop tailored risk-management documents for review and approval by the program manager and other senior officials. Conduct program security reviews and export control assessments and develop security classification guides. Leverage expertise in applicable areas, including counterintelligence, export control, programmatic security, risk assessment, open source intelligence, vetting, and security classification. This position requires working on the client site and does not provide remote delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community
-Experience with writing and editing documents
-Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite
-Ability to develop documents using complex data from multiple sources
-Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
-Ability to provide a writing sample
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with conducting interviews
-Experience with conducting analytic processes
-Experience in a law enforcement, counterintelligence, classification management, or a technical field
-Experience with using government databases for conducting records checks
-Knowledge of operational communication work
-Knowledge of information system security procedures
-Ability to interact with senior government officials effectively
Clearance:
