Key Role:
Provide security and analytic support to a client program manager in the area of research and technology protection (RTP) for high-risk, high-payoff research programs that have the potential to provide the United States with an overwhelming intelligence advantage. Lead a team of RTP analysts, manage their work, and ensure the quality of their work products. Identify and safeguard the information that has an impact on national security and protect both technical and programmatic information from the initial concept through the transition to a mission partner. Analyze tailored risk-management documents for review and approval by the program manager and other senior officials. Conduct program security reviews and export control assessments and analyze security classification guides. Demonstrate expertise in applicable areas, including counterintelligence, export control, programmatic security, risk assessment, open source intelligence, vetting, and security classification. Update RTP process and templates to meet changing client requirements as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
-Experience with writing and editing documents
-Experience with Microsoft Office suite
-Ability to develop documents using complex data from multiple sources
-Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
-Ability to lead a team of an intelligence analysts and manage their work
-Ability to provide a writing sample
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Social Science, Physics, or Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in conducting interviews
-Experience in conducting analytic processes
-Experience in law enforcement, counterintelligence, classification management, or technical field
-Experience with using government databases for conducting records checks
-Experience with writing classification guides
-Experience in working with compartmented activities
-Knowledge of information system security procedures
-Ability to interact with senior government officials effectively
Clearance:
