Head of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances

Key Role:

Drive and build the framework to manage relationships with our third-party partners and vendors across the commercial space. Develop relationships with key partners and vendors to create positive partnerships and execute beneficial agreements. Identify promising partners, assess their capabilities, and create deals that generate significant revenue, business, and industry performance. Analyze, negotiate, and execute the full spectrum of deals that will help the firm accelerate its development of world-class capabilities and solutions in our commercial Cyber business. Leverage experience with a broad variety of partnerships and agreements and knowledge of the trends and key Cyber technologies to negotiate, execute, and assess the full range of business deals.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with understanding, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a variety of partnerships and deals

-Experience with the monetization of intellectual capital into new products, service offerings, and game-changing innovations for a large and diverse organization

-Experience in dealing with large software and manufacturing organizations and start-ups and venture capitalists

-Ability to comprehend market analysis, solution strategy, solution marketing, and partnering and channel development

-Ability to identify trends, relative benefits and risks, and financial and IC implications of the deals for large institutions

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with business development and delivery, focusing on market-aligned organizations

-Ability to work collaboratively to support partnering externally and internally and with groups across a highly matrixed organization to influence decision-makers

-Ability to align solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address client requirements

-Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
