Service Delivery Manager, Senior

We’re looking for someone like you in our Managed Threat Services Professional Services team to help our clients meet their mission by applying service delivery expertise to every interaction, blending our rich history of proven practices with our innovative approach to delivering excellence – every time.

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced cybersecurity solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to achieve their business objectives in building their security posture. You’ll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to drive the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. This position will require travel of up to 30% of the time to client sites.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with customer service, leadership and project management
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions and platforms
  • Experience with project resourcing and planning, project risk assessment, and PMI standards
  • Ability to think critically, display excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, mitigate conflict and resolve client issues
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 85,000 to 120,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
