Software and High Tech Vertical Market Leader

Key Role:

Design, manage, maintain, and grow client accounts and leading account teams through the entire client engagement process within the Software and High-Tech vertical market, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, delivery, and execution oversight. Develop direct relationships with new clients, attain revenue targets, and shape the go to market strategy for the software and High-Tech market in order to support the client’s business strategies and objectives. Build and empower diversity and scale within the Account and Delivery Lead teams. Work with Marketing, Business Development, Alliances and Capability teams to ensure their efforts align with the needs of the Software and High-Tech Market. Work closely with the Strategic Innovation Group, and our Commercial capabilities team and the broader firm to bring the collective thought leadership and innovation to the vertical team and to the client. Provide strategic direction to account teams as the holistic owner of key customer relationships and lead a team of account managers responsible and accountable for the overall relationship with designated accounts. Leverage industry expertise to lead large and complex client engagements for consulting and managed services across the firm’s cyber capabilities.

Basic Qualification:

  • 15+ years of experience in leading cyber engagements, including Software or High-Tech industry
  • 7+ years of experience in leading account teams through the entire client engagement process, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, and delivery and execution oversight
  • Experience in driving and delivering client engagements by developing innovative solutions, building efficient teams, aligning resources, and positioning cyber capabilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment at a large technology-focused professional services firm
  • Experience in initiating and sustaining successful customer relationships with major oil and gas clients and industry leaders
  • BA or BS degree or 15 years of experience in the Software or High-Tech industry

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience as an executive presence within the Software and High-Tech and relevant cyber associations
  • MA or MS degree or 20 years of experience in a Software industry role
