Applications Developer

Key Role:

Support a variety of DoD clients to address critical IT challenges. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our client to support a 10,000+ workforce across the US and Pacific rim. Develop solutions, perform administration, provide routine maintenance and problem resolution for Web applications. Maintain, modify, and develop Web applications on a secure network. Maintain existing Web applications and work independently or with development teams to plan, design, develop, test, and deploy ASP.NET/MVC applications. Work with cross-functional teams, including Database Administrators, System Administrators, and other developers to troubleshoot application anomalies, implement modifications, and resolve user and application issues. This position is located in Bremerton, WA.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with developing and testing Microsoft .NET MVC applications
-Ability to drive task definition out of ambiguity and present actionable recommendations

-Ability to obtain a security clearance 
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with developing HTTP REST APIs with .NET or Single Page client Applications (SPAs)
-Experience in managing information systems, particularly for Navy or DoD clients
-Experience in using scripting languages
-Experience in creating and administering Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle 11 databases
-Experience with using source control tools, including Microsoft Team Foundations Server for application development

-Secret security clearance

-BA or BS degree in CS or Information Systems Management

-Microsoft MCTS certifications in .NET or SQL technologies
-CompTIA Security+ Certification
