Cyber Program Support Analyst

Key Role:
Provide support to all phases of the program management life cycle for a DoD client program office. Perform coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a Cybersecurity program. Develop and update routine reporting documentation, including weekly and monthly deliverables leveraging best practices and program templates. Attend client meetings, capture action items and meeting minutes, document any technical action items in the integrated master schedule, and communicate with stakeholders, as needed. Evaluate cyber program requirements and perform information gathering, analysis, and preparation of data call responses and responses to information requests. Assist client with preparing program-level meetings, briefings, or conference and meeting summaries for program wide distribution. Leverage creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with project management

-Experience with creating executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings

-Experience with cybersecurity policies and guidelines for compliance
-Ability to manage all cybersecurity vision initiatives
-Ability to research and provide technical assessments on information sources to be utilized to improve internal Cybersecurity reporting methods
-Secret Clearance

-HS diploma or GED
-Security+ or CISSP certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools
-Experience with Cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering
-Experience with Data Analytics, Modeling, Tableau, Business Objects
-Experience with Splunk, JIRA, Spork, Advance Excel Formulas
-Experience in Policy, Operations, and Program Management

-Bachelor's degree
