Engineer Technician, Mid

The Challenge:

We’re looking for a motivated desktop support technician with expertise in data analysis to help us support our military client’s computer-aided technologies (CAx) and Point in Time (PIT) user communities.

As an Engineer Technician on our project, you’ll help the client overcome tough challenges, including troubleshooting issues with CAx software and assisting the organization with maintaining records and inventory for computing assets. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical environment. Your communication expertise will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with customer support
  • Experience with Tier I and II desktop support
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree
  • Ability to obtain a CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of Visual Basic
  • Secret clearance
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ Certification
