SAP Business Objects Developer

Key Role:

Support a variety of clients to address critical IT challenges in a large DoD organization with users across the US and Pacific rim. Conduct Business Objects application administration and maintenance support, data management, universe definition and report design. Troubleshoot corporate application anomalies and fix data, user and application issues by coordinating activities across technical, end-user and corporate application support teams. Manage service tickets by tracking, researching, resolving, reporting and documenting reported issues. Create, analyze, review and execute test plans for testing corporate application releases and required software and hardware upgrades.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with using SAP Business Objects

-Experience in using Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications

-Experience with working in a professional environment

-Knowledge of Oracle database management systems, structured query languages, table relationships and views and their interactions with web applications

-Secret clearance

-CompTIA Security+ or equivalent information assurance certification and the ability to become Cybersecurity Workforce-compliant within 6 months of start date

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with using Oracle 10g, 11g, and 12g databases in production environments

-Experience with using system and network tools and applications such as Citrix, Windows Active Directory, Discoverer, TOAD and Reflections

-Experience with protecting classified, unclassified, personnel-sensitive and business-sensitive data

-Experience with software application testing and troubleshooting coordination

-Experience in using IT service ticketing systems such as Remedy

-Experience with working in government environment

-BA or BS degree

-SAP Business Objects Certification
