Service Delivery Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Provide troubleshooting and engineering analysis to ensure the proper operation and performance of customer products and services. Conduct an engineering analysis and ensure the quality of service to the organization's customers. Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments and contribute to the development of new ideas and principles. Solve uniquely complex problems working under consultative direction. Speak for the organization to internal and external customers and work on long-range programs and objectives. Provide advice to the organization in the area of expertise. Play a role in the overall functional strategic planning.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with leading teams and multiple deliveries of SIEM projects using Splunk Cloud, On-Prem, or in Cloud deployments successfully and working directly with client security engineering and operations leads

-Experience in negotiating with universities and businesses to build a client base for BU Food, a food and dining app with over 5K downloads

-Experience with solving complex need analysis challenges with over 12 non-profit clients to analyze stress points and needs

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-2 years of experience with working in a security operations center (SOC)

-1 year of experience in working directly with customers and executives

-Ability to produce PowerPoint summaries of customer outages
