Scenario Developer

The Opportunity:

In an everchanging environment, the complex nature of hybrid warfare, and the requirement for our government and military to have the best in training and development, it takes a skilled intelligence scenario developer to design the challenges our units will encounter. We are looking for a forward thinking, experienced, and creative designer like you to do just that. As an intelligence scenario developer, you will use your intelligence acumen and your attention to detail to develop credible scenarios and background information to give your client the scene setter and historical data needed for evaluation and certification of Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU). If you have strong analytical skills and a desire to make an impact, we have an opportunity to use those skills to prepare our MEUs for any challenges they may face.

As an intelligence scenario developer on our team, you’ll design challenging and realistic situations that will progress our client’s exercise designs. Using your understanding of various collection platforms and collaboration tools, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from all sources. You’ll look at existing processes and develop realistic and researchable scenario database that is continuously updated with current practices.

This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills incorporating future technology, and share your creativity with other developers. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.

Work with us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our Expeditionary Operations Training Group Team.
