Job Description
The Opportunity:
As a Technical Instructional Designer and Integrator, you will help manage the design and development of classroom and technology-based learning center. You'll apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. You will develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. You'll work closely with the client based on their guidance and priorities but will conduct independent research and assessments for solutions.
On our team, you’ll work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructors, or product designers to capture your customer’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solutions to help them accomplish their mission or goals. Putting the professional instructor and their learners at the center of the training experience, you’ll help research and develop training solutions that will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the instructor-led, instructor supervised training environment to support the client’s goals.
You’ll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience. You’ll research and recommend cutting-edge technologies and strategies for an emerging learning center, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment. You know communication is key, so you’ll meet with SMEs, instructors, or product designers throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback. To ensure your solution is hitting the mark, you’ll collect and analyze results then fine-tune your recommendations for maximum impact.
You’ll be able to hone your leadership skills as you share your expertise through leadership and mentoring. As a leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to build solutions to your customer’s learning needs. This is a chance to use your deep understanding of training methodologies to shape a creative learning experience that will engage students.
You will be responsible for designing and developing a new, engaging, and effective learning center solutions and instructional experiences to achieve learner centered outcomes and organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
