AI Strategist

The Challenge:

The artificial intelligence strategist will have the opportunity to implement cutting-edge analytical skills and insights for public sector clients. You’ll work closely with your customer to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll develop algorithms, write scripts, build predictive analytics, use automation, apply machine learning, and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers to help senior leadership to make informed decisions. You’ll provide your customer with a deep understanding of their data, what it all means, and how they can use it.

You Have:

-5+ years of experience with management consulting, including the practical application of strategic frameworks, methodologies, and approaches to address organizational challenges

-5+ years of experience with organizational improvement efforts, including analyzing current state quantitative and qualitative data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions, and making strategic recommendations

-Experience with identifying business opportunities to apply advanced analytics

-Knowledge of statistical analysis tools, including R, Python, SAS, or SPSS

-Knowledge of business intelligence platforms, including Tableau and Qlik

-Ability to listen and quickly diagnose client challenges and work multiple projects at one time

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience working with large data-sets and data mining

-Experience with scripting languages, including PHP, Python, or Perl and visualization tools, including Tableau

-Ability to operate independently, demonstrate creativity, and deliver results in a highly organized manner

-Ability to be detail-oriented

-Ability of inspire action based on data-driven insights

-Ability to turn vague concepts and requests into well-documented and effective business metrics and insights

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-MA or MS degree in Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, CS, Physics, Finance, or a related quantitative field; PhD in Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, CS, Physics, Finance, or a related quantitative field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
